Welcome to StMaartenTours.sx, a service operated by Travel Anywhere Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or booking through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. About StMaartenTours.sx

StMaartenTours.sx offers private tours, transfers, and excursions in St. Maarten/St. Martin and surrounding areas. All bookings made through this website are managed and processed by Travel Anywhere Inc., a locally operated company based in St. Maarten.

2. Payments & Billing

  • All online payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely; we do not store or have access to your full credit card number.
  • On your credit card or bank statement, charges will appear under the name: Travel Anywhere Inc.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be received in full to confirm your booking.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation containing your booking details. Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes.

For private or customized tours, additional confirmation or scheduling may be required via email or WhatsApp.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our flexible cancellation policy:

  • 48+ hours before your tour: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before your tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.
  • Cruise not docking or cancelled due to weather: Full refund.

All refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Tour Modifications & Weather

  • StMaartenTours.sx reserves the right to modify or adjust tour routes, schedules, or stops based on weather, traffic, or local events to ensure your safety and comfort.
  • In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected closures, tours may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during booking (names, contact info, pick-up location).
  • Arriving on time for scheduled tours and departures.
  • Following the instructions of guides or drivers during the tour for safety purposes.
  • Holding valid travel documents if required for inter-island travel.

We are not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival, incorrect pick-up details, or no-shows.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in any tour is at your own risk.
Travel Anywhere Inc. / StMaartenTours.sx and its partners are not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by weather, traffic, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Personal belongings left unattended in vehicles or at tour stops.

We recommend all guests have travel insurance that covers excursions and medical emergencies.

8. Private & Third-Party Services

Certain activities or transport (such as helicopter flights or ferry transfers) may be operated by third-party providers. These partners maintain their own insurance, permits, and safety standards. StMaartenTours.sx acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for service performance beyond its control.

9. Changes to Pricing or Content

Prices, availability, and descriptions listed on the website are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure all information is accurate but cannot be held liable for typographical errors or outdated details.
